Jorge Alcantar - Director

Son-in-Law to the Founders, he was welcomed into the Tadlock family in 2002 at 19 years old. Leaving behind a painful childhood and the brokenness that comes with living a life “on the streets”, in 2005 he reluctantly and fearfully stepped into the plan that God had for him. He heard God's voice tugging at his heart telling him it was time to make a change. However, it took a quick turn for the worst and he quickly found himself being pulled back into his “past”. The difference was this time he had Christ and his family to draw strength from and with this he was able to get back on track for good. As time progressed, with healing and hope on the horizon, he continued his new journey through Christ. Together with his newly formed family along with Father in Law Rick, they built a new life. Similar to Rick’s story of redemption, Jorge is a living miracle and testament of the Lord’s promises.

Jorge’s passion is to reach the broken, hurting and fatherless youth and young men to bring hope and healing through sharing the love of Christ and his testimony of restoration he’s been given in his life.

2 Corinthians 5:17: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Andrea Alcantar - Director

Daughter to the Founders, she faced the battles and brokenness that her upbringing brought forth. Despite being a teen pregnancy statistic, in 2005 while pregnant with her daughter she began to fully lean on the Lord looking to him for direction and understanding. From that moment God’s purpose for her life began to unfold. For many years following, transformation of strength and growth in Christ took place in her and her family’s life. Andrea views every obstacle and trial in life as a growth milestone for God’s ultimate purpose and plan.

Andrea’s passion is to encourage women to become warriors in Christ while embracing their unique identity that God has made in his image.  She hopes to inspire others in family restoration for those facing brokenness by sharing her story, family’s testimonies and the Lord’s promises.

Luke 1:37: For with God nothing shall be impossible.
